Excellent 👍 nice memories ❤️. Mutual respect friendship the way it has to be. Contrary to the USA imperialism, the tricky thug rules are : conspiracy, subversion, coup d'état, invasions, sanctions,etc 👎

In your opinion, did the differences of governance and ideals between Stalinism and Juche ever put Kim and Stalin at odds?
@LayX201
@LayX201 2 жыл бұрын
No, Because Juche was first announced by Kim Il Sung during a speech in 1955. Stalin died in 1953.

I just have a question for the uploader and don't worry i don't entirely expect you to know everything about it. I just want to know what is the difference between The Juche idea and Communism/socialism etc? Is it just the Korean version of socialism or did Kim il sung based it from the ideas of Marx and all them guys? If anyone can give some info on that it'd be very appreciated. I'm just interested curious.

I can't claim to be an authority, and some liberal capitalist writers have even gone so far as to claim that Juche is just a "non-philosophy" that exists to exist, and to justify the position of the "Kim dynasty", but - you'll be glad to know that there are tons of pdf and digital versions of the writings of many North Korean writers, including Kim il-Sung and Kim Jong-Il. They write on Juche, and I haven't gotten a chance to read enough of it to really make any statements, but to say that it contains elements of Marxism, Korean historiography, pre-existent Korean religious philosophy, and Kim il-Sung's personal philosophy and experiences as a military leader. Really fascinating stuff, especially if you don't make your main sources the biased imperialist sources of the West; not just Fox News (Nazi crap), but even "liberal" channels are ALWAYS and CONSTANTLY spreading the perspectives of the ruling class in ways that inflame militarist and neo-colonialist tendencies which serve foreign capital. I know Archive.org has plenty of stuff by Kim and Kim, just go do your own reading, and (last but not least), READ MICHAEL PARENTI, and watch his videos on youtube. You'll thank me.

In short: Kim Il Sung established Juche as a revolutionary ideology and anthropocentric philosophy out of Marxism-Leninism. Kim Jong Il developed Juche into an independent ideology that overcame the historical limitations of Marxism-Leninism. www.korean-books.com.kp/KBMbooks/en/book/politics/4042.pdf www.korean-books.com.kp/KBMbooks/en/work/leader2/00000307.pdf www.korean-books.com.kp/KBMbooks/en/book/politics/4043.pdf www.korean-books.com.kp/KBMbooks/en/work/leader1/20200729120144.pdf www.korean-books.com.kp/KBMbooks/en/book/politics/4048.pdf www.korean-books.com.kp/KBMbooks/en/work/leader2/20220127160050.pdf www.korean-books.com.kp/KBMbooks/en/book/politics/4042.pdf

@@Loganjlr On the one hand, there are philosophical differences in epistemology, especially in the object-subject relationship (Juche means literally "subject", the full name is Juche Sasang meaning "doctrine of the subject". In addition, Juche has formulated insights that Marx, Engels and Lenin could not have, especially of socialist construction and development of imperialism, in general doctrines. This is a work that Marxism-Leninism did not accomplish after Lenin's death, which is why it became dogmatically rigid on many points, which was one of the reasons for its downfall as a state reality.

Personally, while I admired and have been impressed with this video about the history of DPRK-Russia relations, I was taken aback with the mention of Stalin in the video's beginning, but there was also no mention or any appearance, of Nikita Khrushchev in the middle of the video. I wondered why and I hope for some explanation for this omission of Khrushchev and the mention and portrait of Stalin in another way.
