The Juche idea is a new philosophical thought, which centers on man. The Juche idea raised the fundamental question of philosophy by regarding man as the main factor and elucidated a philosophical principle that man is the master of everything and decides everything.

The genius ideas of Kim Jong Il laid the foundation for the DPRK's current successes. The problems we are having in the USA today could be quickly solved if we adopted those ideas and used them in a domestic context.

Although juche is entirely contrary to Marx. But not aware of any Marxian socialist regimes that weren't actually contra-Marx; largely because Marx was completely wrong on everything, so he can't be used as a base. Realizing Marx was wrong, in France this led to the formation of fascism, a form of non-Marxian socialism; while in places like Russia Lenist-Stalinist ideology was wearing Marxism as a meat suit, but was never really Marxist. Marxism inherently leads to attempts to make reality conform to an impossible ideal, because the world envisioned by Marx is both impossible and requires more and more totalitarian methods to reach it. This being impossible, no matter how much the regime seeks to impose and enforce it on the population, any attempt at a communist regime will result in a nightmare state (e.g. Lenin and Stalin, or Mao), but once the revolutionary dictator is dead, the new leaders (e.g. Khrushchev, Deng) will essentially repudiate the goal of an actual socialist state, and try to move it as close as possible to a free economy without losing the power over the population necessary to remain in power. Gorbachev failed to walk the tightrope, but places like China and Vietnam have successfully created pseudo-market economies, broadly satisfying the right and enough of the people in their country, while still retaining enormous amounts of power.
