that's what I thought. actually If she gets home by midnight then it will take like 30-35 min to actually get to sleep ..20 min changing cloths, eating snacks if feeling a bit hungry and then after lying down, you don't fall to sleep straight after way it takes some people upto 15 min to get to back to solid sleep and wake up at 7:30 ..so that is more like 7 hour sleep

6:30am - After my cold morning shower, I quickly chug down the Fruit Loops cereal milk my kids left, as I hear them screaming "stranger danger" at me. 7:15 am -I'm running to work while listening to 4 different podcasts at once at 4x speed, while writing 6 different books on everything from grind lifestyle to happy families. 7:30 am- I hit the local Starbucks....not to buy a coffee, but to use the bathroom. I find the handicap stall is open, which gives me more room to maneuver in behind the toilet lid, so I can now crush the last of my Xanax prescription. I quickly find a dollar bill in my pocket I can use to roll...those 3 Xanny lines give me the boost I need to keep my morning hustle going! 4:35 pm -head out to Bob's car for a quick bump...Luckily, I have 5 Adderall tabs to share that I swiped from my wife's pill bottle...those are definitely coming in handy during todays business meeting, where I have to run down the numbers from last quarter.

I sleep during shower then meditate on a KPI meeting while listening to 2 audio books, one in each ear, at 5x the speed. Then i workout on the treadmill while self publishing entire college textbooks. I skip lunch so that I can save more time. I breathe at 10x the speed to inhale as much oxygen as possible to be able to do it all over again tomorrow. And yes, I also sleep at 2x the speed so I’m ready for the day at least 3 days ahead of time but still have my girlfriend waiting on ETA.

These videos crack me up. People like to talk about their busy lifestyles and little cyclical habits that help balance their lives but who cares. If your in it because you like what you're doing and are getting results then focus on showing that whether you put in 30 minutes or 18 hours and what time you wake up or talking to your parents everyday is an irrelevant piece of information.

Sure she has a work-life balance and I can tell about it cause when I was her age I used to complete the triple of her tasks, serious stuff (not 40% sitting on a desk and 60% between meetings, lunches, and dinners), in three different locations, two cities, with night shifts and University studies to bring on with very good scores. I had also a nightlife with friends, every weekend. I had ZERO balance between life and work, just a ton of energy to consume. She has a ton of energy too, to accomplish her tasks and her social life but this is no "relentless". This is normality. She lives, works, has lunch/dinners, meet people, party and train in Manhattan, walking and riding with cabs or Metro (Metro is cheaper). This is normal life in the USA and she is lucky cause she doesn't commute. Please, Forbes, bring another example, a better one. This is just another useless icon, with a pretty face, to feed the Millenials with a work ethic based on the concept of "money and fun". At least in the '80s, it was money with hard work.
