My first time hearing this was in the nineties and my mom had just passed in 89, Edward Get Down Crosby was on the radio teari g WGCI apart with his mixes. Then at the 11 o'clock hour he started his mix and this song was the second song... I was so far gone that my dad said he came in my room and found my hands over my headphones with my eyes closed and shaking my head from side to side in the most peaceful manner. I wish I could find that tape. It. Was the BEST MIX I HAD EVER RECORDED FROM EGDC!

UNBELIEVABLE vocal performance from Kym Mazelle!! Best in House music! Tapping into raw emotion and making it sound effortless yet powerful. I'm hard pushed to think of a more emotional performance anywhere. Reminds me of the iconic vocal from Pink Floyds 'The Great Gig In The Sky' on Dark Side Of The Moon for it's raw emotive power. Combined with inspired production (I'm not usually a fan of such polished production but THIS WORKS!!) from David Morales (moody is right and the use of the Isaac Hayes sample IS genius!!) and fantastic keys from house maestro Eric Kupper, make this epic track timeless. People will relate to, and be moved by, the raw feeling in this track for years to come. Magical :)))

Yes this was the song. I remember being in Catacombs waiting for this song to come on and getting on the dance floor and letting out all frustrations because someone I loved to death walked out on me. that was 27yrs ago.
