God, I feel so old! Binge watching Days tonight. Being British, "Shane" could have been using this "intro" dialogue to make a joke, letting "Kimberly" know that he 'likes' her. Or, there was actually some other secret Special sexy agent stuff actually going on. :P Charles Shaughnessy, my first real crush in 1984.
