Listened to the song all the way through, and played it again. Since then, I've added a bunch of church songs, and deleated my rap/hip hop list. Wonderful song. This was the first video KZbin suggested I watch today when I logged in and I’m so happy about that. Some of the words pertain to what is happening in my life right now because I’ve decided to step out and attend a new church, a church with customs I am not familiar with but I’ve been feeling I’m missing out on knowing all the Lord has for me to know him better. When I watched your testimony and you spoke about attending the Pentecostal camp and said to your sister you want what they have that was exactly my words when I went to a Louisiana church for the first time on my 40th birthday. Yesssss beautiful comment, well said I feel the same way!!! Kim walker definitely is a huge pioneer for out of the box religion worship!!! Especially when she did “fill me up” and the song lasted for like 18minutes I was like yessssssssss blew my mind I was amazed in awe that I could worship to God for so long with one song!!! I was like yess God let’s go “fill me up” was on repeat!!! It’s crazy cuz now when I visited my old church couple months ago, when i used to attend I’d pray and ask God to let them be lead by the spirit during worship after listening to Kim songs. It became the prayer for my church cuz I remember there was times when the Holy Spirit was on a song and they would end it to quickly go to the next song, and I used to say to myself man God wanted to do something on that song. From New Zealand 🇳🇿! Kim Walker Smith has always been one of my favourite gospel singers alongside Brandon Lake, Brooke Ligertwood, (nee Fraser,) etc! It reminds me of the times I use to get angry with God, I would put my Bible in a box 📦, or in a draw and leave it there for ages. Then I would have issues trying to find it when I needed it. We should never treat God like that, putting him in a box. Because one day we will end up in a box ourselves, and "Guess What?" God may leave us in that box longer than we like when it comes to our Resurrection Day.
