Could we put in the liquid before gluing top layer then we don’t have to have the hole?

These are really awesome. Not very "manly" but very cool. The knife is a weapon...LOL❤️❤️❤️Love Kim's idea of bling on a ring👍👍👍 Would love to see a raccoon version🦝

I love your videos I learn so much from you! I have been looking for a glue to use on for my acrylic and I'm running to my local Micheal's to grab this brand. I tried Weldon 4 and it was so runny and it evaporated in no time.....plus it is $$$.

You guys give me a lot of inspiration. Wondering why you put the ring part up by the ears and the cap at the top. Just thinking that when a person holds that up, the cats head should be upright and keys hang from the bottom

Weld-On 3 or 4 is magic for acrylic and is probably cheaper than the Testor’s since it’s made for industrial use. Been using it for years 😊 Oh and it sets in 30 seconds.
@KimandGarrettmakeit Жыл бұрын
30 seconds IS WAY BBETTER than 2 hours! We couldn't find Weld-On in a store near us. Thanks Vincent!!! ~garrett

Thank you that is amazing what mm acrylic did you use?
@mixtapeyourlife11 ай бұрын
Just curious if there was a specific reason you opted for two layers of 3mm acrylic instead of just one layer of 6mm? There's more color options with 3mm obviously but black and clear come in 6mm plus its less materials use. And instead of creating that hole to put liquid in and have to plug up, did you try creating a solid shape (without the hole) and putting the backing piece on your center pieces, laying everything flat and then just filling it flat on the table and putting the top piece on?

Can you use this technique with wood too? As in shaker ornaments? I'm wondering if there's a way to do this without the oil/glycerin soaking the wood.

Im guessing just the resin worked in the hole? I didnt see if you mentioned it.
@KimandGarrettmakeit Жыл бұрын
Worked like a charm and was easier than trying to put the plug back in. I think it was edited out. Thanks! ~garrett

One more question. I've read that the P2 is 39 inches long, it doesnt look that big behind you. Is it really?
