KIMBAL MUSK INTERVIEW: The Kitchen Austin Launch, Tesla & Post Election Impact

My friend and I ate at The Kitchen last week. It is luxurious environment with friendly well trained staff. We sat at the bar and joked and learned about the food from Ray and Will. The Margarita had black salt which was fun. The drink was small but potent. We had the mussels with a side of toasted bread (a must). It took 9 years for the chef to perfect it. The sauce in the mussels was absolutely delicious. (The mussels needed to be purged a bit more of grit). We split the Tomahawk Steak and had a few pieces left over to take home. It was very tasty (it did have a bit more fat in it than expected) but still had plenty of meat. My favorite by far was the dessert …SEMIFREDDO (key lime, graham cracker crust, chocolate magic shell, margarita fluid gel:). I really didn’t want to share but because she was a dear friend I just had to…I’m sure she was thinking the same thing:). We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. We were lucky to find a nice side street parking spot two blocks away.

@@javiervasquez29 Lucid has superior powertrain and aerodynamic engineering. Motors and electronics have much higher power density and the Cd is better. Tesla has better software, for now. The camera on Kimball was focused on the wall behind him 🫣. If you're publishing it anyway maybe give a heads up at the beginning for viewers (and that he was fine with it). Like the interview format. No doubt Kimball's restaurant will be successful, not his, or his team's first rodeo.
