Drawing & Painting a Witch | Jane Davenport Mixed Media | Sketchbook Tour

Happy Halloween lovelies! Heck yes I’m hiding out in my art room away from the front door and the spooky kids in costumes! LOL I thought it’d be fun to play with some Jane Davenport (duh! ^_^) mixed media and maybe a few other goodies along the way to draw and paint up a cute witch. Today’s snack was Trader Joe’s Triple Ginger cookies (Thank you Cheryl for the suggestion!) and Trader Joe’s English Toffee… because I deserve multiple treats. And coffee of course, the yummy organic decaf instant Mount Hagen!

Jane Davenport - Creative Juice Ink (mixed with distilled water in a JD aqua brush)
Sharpie - Extra Fine White Paint Pen… probably

Kimball, you are amazing! I sent my 11 year old Granddaughter the link to your KZbin channel. She loves to draw and I am always giving her art supplies. She can learn so much from your work. She would also enjoy listening to your husband sing😊

Oh thank you so much! That’s awesome your granddaughter likes to create! Kid’s art is so much fun! 🧡 I wonder if I can play Rocky’s music in the background while I work… they’re on iTunes so there might be a copyright issue… I should look into it though! 🤗

Thank you! I don’t junk journal… I should though! 😆 I have enough random papers and ephemera to make one! I haven’t really done altered books either. I’ve only made a few watercolor journals with different papers and that about it. 🧡
