Great tips! I love Trello. I have so much in there right now that I like your idea to have a workflow for goals for the week/daily to do's . I just made a new board that will keep me on task. @@f4iryt4le66 Trello now automatically adds your board to a Workspace. If you don't have any, it automatically sets up a default one under your user name. You can remove the board from the workspace: You can delete a Workspace by going to your Workspace's page in Trello, clicking on the "Settings" tab, and then clicking the "Delete this Workspace" link. You must be an admin to delete the Workspace. Deleting a Workspace is permanent and there is no undo. Boards within the Workspace won’t be deleted. Unfortunately, I'm finding that Trello recreates the workspace the next time you create a board, but this is a workaround.

I was on Trello first after learning about it In Kim’s Business Lounge membership. I really liked it and got going on it and it was all good. Then I started watching YT reviews that were saying that there was a system even better than Trello... Click up. I was interested to see if it really was so much better, so I tried it. Needless to say, I was miserable for months trying to make it work. But I just couldn’t “click” with it! I don’t give up easily, but after a long while I had to admit that it just wasn’t intuitive in the way Trello was for me. I came back to Trello and am so happy I did. Thanks for introducing it to us Kim. I’m curious - What do you think of Click up? Do you think its all over the place and as confusing as I do?

Another thing is how to access Trello Help -- the ? does not take me to a help menu. I opened a template to see what it looked like and I cannot figure out how to close it.

Great video, @5:16 you we're talking about every week you have a newsletter and you didn't want to have to remember the checklist every week but you never showed how you would repeat that process once the checklist was complete? Would you just unclick the checklist and move it to the to-do list to be repeated?

Great question, Marc! All you have to do is copy the existing checklist to a new card by opening a new card and clicking 'checklist' 'copy items from' and selecting the checklist you want to copy over. Hope this helps and I'll show this process in a future video. :)

Trello is a very great tool, I use it every day. To generate reports and charts for my boards, I use Bridge24.

Is there an alternative for the “done” list? I would like for that to be condensed or in a hidden place rather than remaining on my board in my constant frame of view (because I like to see the clutter minimize as a sign of visual progress). Any ideas how to best do that? I am completely new to Trello

Yes! Great question. You can archive all cards on your “done” list at the end of the day/week or move them to a different board. Hope that helps!
