very informative video Kimberly! I try to have an evening routine, like you said it so important to take that time out for ourselves and not worry about the day or about tomorrow. The hard thing for me is eating dinner at the same time every night! Im currently a nursing student taking summer courses so depending if i am busy i eat dinner late and it doesnt feel right but i feel like i should just eat something haha love you kimberly! thanks for posting these videos on youtube

Thank you for all your videos. I struggle with weight problems and inflamation - trying to eliminate animal products from my diet to see whether this helps. I bought your book 'The Beauty Detox Power' and hoping this will help.

Thank you for tuning in Teresa Lou and for your kind comments. If you stick with the Beauty Detox phases, I know you will see results. Take one day at a time so you don't overwhelm yourself. It's a lifestyle and not a diet. Once you get use to that idea, it will become easier and your body will love the food you're feeding it. Progress not perfection. Sending lots of love and support! ;)

Badly need this thank you. I've been reading your books every single night to help me to find what to eat and prepare for tomorrow's meal. Question what are your thoughts on calorie restrictions due to that's the recommended calories I should eat in a day . 155 cm 38kilos. I used to be 45kilos and 40 but I find it I'm still fat due to I live quite a sedentary lifestyle only love walking with the help of my Fitbit watch to reach 10k steps but I hardly reach 10k:(

+Kimberly Snyder thank you surely il check your blog post. Last question I always start drinking the GGS smoothie at lunch as my brunch due to I always wake up in the middle of the night to look for fruits. Then I always eat dinner at 8:40 due to late out in the office and will make a bedtime snack at 11:30 pm. Usually I wake up after an hour or two. So my question is can I eat early breakfast like at 9am or should I wait for lunch time due to the foods that I have eaten in the middle of the night is still in the tummy. Tnx I know as I go along with the beauty detox solution plan this midnight eating will stop but for now what tips can you give me

If you are eating Beauty Detox foods, there shouldn't be any problem having your GGS at 9am. Your body will have had time to digest your Beauty Foods throughout the night. Listen to your body is my best advice. Drink your hot water and lemon first thing in the morning and only have your GGS when you are hungry for it. Hydrate throughout the day and night and see if you are just needing water rather than food. Once you've monitored this option, you can decide best what your body personally needs. +Kimberly Snyder thank you so much. So now I understand that while I'm in this eating plan I don't need to do intermittent fasting due to I'm not a workout addict and that I'm eating detoxifying foods. Thank you so much for not agreeing with intermittent fasting while detoxing:)
