Hi Dust Of Light...Take a look at this blog: bit.ly/29VCW4b I share how much I love chlorella tablets because of all the benefits. If you have any health concerns about tablets vs drops, I encourage you to chat with your Health Care Practitioner to ensure you are receiving what your body personally needs. I just happen to like the tablets when I may not have access to the Beauty Foods I eat daily and typically in an emergency situation. Sending lots of love! ;)

J Marie nutritionist yeast is a great source of B vitamins and it tastes yummy.

Is it possible to get enough probiotics from eating sauerkraut daily? Or is a sbo probiotic always necessary?

I never heard you say Vitamin C. I think it's something everyone should take.

Hi Sarah...Vitamin C is a great antioxidant, and can provide protection against free-radical damage. It can also help with iron absorption to maintain your blood, as well as assisting with vitamin E regeneration. Vitamin C is also protective against many health conditions, including certain cancers and cataracts. Some of the foods that have vitamin C are: Citrus fruits Bell peppers Cantaloupe Strawberries Kale Broccoli Kiwi Thanks for your great question and sending lots of love! ;)

Thanks for the information. I literally have purchased all your books (can't wait for Radical Beauty) cleanses, probiotic, and detoxy+. I'm a fan lol. I have a question about the vitamin D3 supplementation. My former Anatomy and Physiology professor in college specifically said that synthetic hormones could cause negative side effects in the body, and that vitamin D3 fell within that category (also includes birth control). Do you think it is still safe to consume vitamin D3 even though it is a synthetic hormone? I live in a cold weather place and I was considered taking fermented cod liver oil (I know this doesn't fit the Beauty Detox principles though) since it is supposed to be a natural source for vitamin D. I'm really conflicted about this and I would love to hear what you think about it. Please respond and thank you!!!

As for vitamin D3, I wrote up a blog about this very topic: bit.ly/2auTu3j Check it out when you can and see if this helps but I strongly encourage all of my Beauties to consult with your Health Care Practitioner to ensure your body is receiving what you personally need. Since we are all so different in how we assimilate food and supplements, this is always the safest course before taking any additional vitamins or supplements. Sending you lots of love! ;)
