Kimchi Duruchigi (김치두루치기), Korean Stir-fried Pork with Kimchi, is a super popular variant of one of the best known korean dishes: Daeji Bulgogi (Pork Bulgogi, 돼지불고기). This Kimchi Duruchigi (김치두루치기) has all the flavours of the Pork Bulgogi people love, with even more flavours from kimchi.
Ingredients
1. Pork belly (500g, 1.1 lbs)
2. Kimchi (300g, 0.7-0.8 lbs)
3. Onion
4. Spring onion
5. Korean chilli paste (1.5 tbs)
6. Korean chilli powder (1/2 tbs)
7. Sugar (1/2 tbs)
8. Corn syrup (1/2 tbs)
9. Soy sauce (1/2 tbs)
10. minced garlic (1 tbs)
11. Sesame seeds (optional)
