I would say so. Since dart manipulation is essentially moving the excess from one point to another

Yes that's possible. You can move the waist dart entirely to the armhole

Thanks for this video, it is really useful. But what I discovered is that when you move the arm hole dart to bust area, the armhole round is short and when you extend it out the back patten does the not align again. Pls can you do a tutorial on that. Thanks alot for you help

Is it possible to move the bust dart to an existing waist dart?

Yes that’s possible. It will make the wait dart wider, you can have it that way or as two smaller waist darts
