Hello, this is siZning.
Today, I made 'Kimi-Shigure', one of the types of Japanese confectionery.
Kimishigure, meaning 'yellow shower', is a Japanese confectionery with cracks on the surface like the sunlight after rain.
Normally, the yellow sediment dough is cracked and the red color is visible, but today I tried to express it in pastel colors. You can use red bean paste to make the red bean paste according to your preference.
Please follow the video to make 'Kimi-shigure', a luxurious Japanese confectionery that contains sediment in a dough that melts softly.
🔸 Storage
Store leftover Kimi-shigure in an airtight container and refrigerate. (3-4 days possible)
For long-term storage, please freezer. (about 2 weeks)
🧡 Ingredients (8 pieces)
400g white bean paste
32 g egg yolks
