Thin and Crispy Cookies Recipe | Easy-to-make (3 flavors)

30g melted butter
1 yolk
10g milk
pinch of salt
milk flavor
45g cake flour
40g sugar powder
40 g milk powder
Matcha flavor
45g cake flour
40g sugar powder
36g milk powder
4g matcha powder (or green tea powder)
Chocolate flavor
45g cake flour
40g sugar powder
35g milk powder
5g cocoa powder
1. I used whole milk powder (skimmed milk powder is also available)
2. Cool the baked cookies completely and separate them from the mat.

This is fantastic. Your recipe is so flexible, there is room for new flavours too. Freeze dried strawberry powder. Orange, lemon, yuzu zest. Ginger powder....

I made these yesterday. They're good. I used mooncake molds to shape them. And I tried a "cinnamon and ginger" flavor - it's ok, the cocoa flavor is better.
