This is part of a series focused on conversations with women with ADHD who had delayed diagnosis in life.
Kimmy To is an investment associate who was diagnosed with ADHD in December 2020 at the age of 26. She also has dyslexia, which has led to her working harder than others while in school through to university. She defines success as what you've achieved within yourself, rather than the conventional sense of the word. Following her ADHD diagnosis, she's keen to use her renewed understanding of her mind and what she's capable of to live a more fulfilling life.
