I know about Ebi fry, but never thought of combining the two together. Sounds like some delicious comfort food! Sutan is getting so much better at communicating with you, Moe! I didn't know other cultures have a similar dish. My family is from Guangdong, China and Hong Kong. All kids love to order honey walnut shrimp when we go to the Chinese restaurant.
