In this oil and gas training video, we're going to follow the pipes on a well site and explain how each piece of production equipment works. From the rod pump, through the flow line and into a 2-Phase Vertical Separator. From there, we'll look at the meter run and explain the function of a Heater Treater. We'll also learn about the storage tanks and water processing before we look at the bypass lines across the site.

Vertical separators, knockouts and other separation equipment are used in every stage of natural gas production. This equipment separates liquids from the natural gas. Separators of every variety are used from production and the first stages of separation through the midstream and downstream processing.
