VERY disappointed in this product. I own two other models of Suncast hose reels that have held up for years and work as expected. This model does not work well at all. The reel will not operate properly with a medium hose or a contractor-style hose. Flimsy and flips while reeling. I do NOT recommend this product. Far too expensive and ineffective.
