Also, for more context, Yasuo is basically banished because he killed Yone who tried to stop him from leaving. End scene, Yasuo and Ahri are basically traveling together to Bilgewater(pirate town basically) in which it was revealed recently is where the setting takes place for Riot's new upcoming game, The Ruined King. Yea they plan this stuff meticulously lmao

@@AgentReacts actually Yasuo was considered a wanted criminal and a traitor because people thought he killed Elder Souma (when he in fact killed himself by accident trying to help young Riven by using wind magic) during the war against Noxus (flashback scene). Yone tried to stop him and kill him as punishment but he died during the fight, and Yasuo started living as a paria. And yes, they're going to Bildgewater for the next game. And all of this is canon in the lore so yeah Riot = 200IQ lmao

Man I'm always kinda pissed off when someone watches this without knowing anything about them. So ofc there you go - explanation of entire story behind as good as i can lol. So Yasuo and Yone were brothers (not fully tho, father was different for both but Yasuos father basicly vanishes and we know nothing about whats happening with him) in country named Ionia. Ionia is special in the way that nature there has something like personality. They have this philosophy where nature will always find balance (which is basicly the highest value most Ionians belvied in) on its own as it always did. As they grew up they became a studens of elite swordsmen school. Yone was older and he took upon himself to be a somewhat like mentor to Yasuo who was reckless (example of this you can see in the 1st flashback in the middle of the video). Yasuo even tho he was selfish fuck that wanted to prove he is cool became a pupil of legendary master - Elder Souma that was one of the last (or last) to know the wind techniques of fighting (basicly wind magic that Yasuo uses few times this cinematic as in game) and begin to train him. But then the Noxian invasion came (Noxus was a country on the south west of Ionia across the sea - Also this is war they refer to in the second part of the flashback in the middle of the video). This was greater than anything that ever happened to peaceful country so people started doubting ideas of nature finding balance on its own and started to rally to fight (among them were like Navori Brotherhood or Irelia and her followers). Yasuos and Yones school also sent their swordsmen but Yasuo was ordered to stay in the village and defend the Elder (conversation in the second flashback in the middle of the video). But Yasuo broke. He left his post and traveled to join the fray. When he came back he discovered that Elder he was ordered to protect was killed while he was gone. Even tho is was naive and reckless he understood he has to face his punishment. But then we was accused by everybody that he was the one that murdered Elder Souma and Yasuo knew that is he get's gets punished - true murdered will still be loose. They told him that Souma was killed by the wind technique that he taught only to Yasuo. So he decided to fight his way free and find the guilty person on his own. When Yone returnet, he blamed himself for everything that happend - he thought that everything what Yasuo did was his responibility of failing as his mentor. Around this time the type of smaller demon started to hunt for Yone (This is hard so ill pick up on this later). He took upon himself to track Yasuo down and end the madness that his little brother caused. Sometime later he found him - and this is what you see at the very begining of the cinematic. Yone was skilled warrior - but he coundn't stand vs Yasuo mastery of wind technique (that you even see used during this fight). Yasuo slained his older brother in self defence. (Yasuo: I'm not murderer / Yone: Then why are you running - finish of this flashback at the end). From this point on Yasuo had to follor on his decision - he couldnt convince anybody that he wasnt guilty the crimes they acused him of so all he could do is to find real murdered before he finds himself killed) Now let me pick up Yone storyline: After yone gets killed he awakens in the spirit realm (basicly the mirron of material realm) as all spirits do. But there he learns about the demon that was hunting him. Its type we know as Azakana. They are little demonic forms that can 'evolve' into full demons in time. They fed themselves of negative emotions (and if you remember where i told that demon started hunting Yone - this makes sense). As Azakana are mostly spiritual form it followed swordsman into the afterlife. Then azakana tried to take over him and they fought. Yone technicaly won the fight but not fully. Azakana managed to stick onto him. (Now there is the part we know basicly nothing about - Yone ended up back in the physical realm with Azakana-like mask attached on his face - we don't know how). He couldnt removed it. He also stole the blade of the demon. As we know - Azakana doesnt corrupted or possesed Yone in any way. It only gave him the power to see other Azakana. And there was alot (btw in Spirit Realm time flows differently than Physical so its not very long after the war that Ionia won for now. Yone now could see that Ionia was full of Azakana because of pain that war left on people. He decided to deal with that problem himself. He learned that using the sword he can seal Demons in masks that portrait different emotios if he learns their name. Now he is basicly a demon-hunter that tries to prevent the destruction of Ionia by demons while also learns about how the heck he ended up resurrected. He doesnt care about Yasuo anymore that much. He thinks that Azakana are much bigger problem than Yasuo at the moment. (This rly gets another meaning when you think about it - He basicly forgave Yasuo at the end of the film just to free him of potencial his Azakana xD but because he actually forgave him - good older bro) After the war - Yasuo found the guilty one and cleared himself of all the charges. But he didnt found redemption after killing Yone. So now we pick up in Weh'le - at the spirit blossom festival (tldr: In ionia - that is related to magic and spirits alot - there is a way to cominicate with a spirits by those flowers in one place at this festival. But flowers didnt bloom during the war. Yasuo came there in hopes of comunicating with Yone to find apologise once again and mayby redeem himself of guilt) But there is a tricky part because old guy picks him up somewhere on the side - and you cant just pickup any flower you want and cominicate with the dead. Its the spirits who choose flowers and you have to find them - thats how Lore Maniac know earlier that there is something not okey with old guy. Then basicly Yasuo takes the bait (as he wasnt ever before at the festival - he didnt have anyone dead he wanted to talk to) and old guy poisons (? tbh idk what did he give him to drink xD?) and reveals himself as possesed by Azakana (in quie advanced way - its probable that it was an Azakana that tried to lure Yasuo to the side and reminded him all his bad memories so it can grow stronger). Yone as a hunter of demons came - there was a cool battel. Yasuo realised that Yone lives and all lived happily ever after. Yasuo realised that he doesnt rly have a purpose in life anymore so he teamed up with Ahri (that was looking for a budyguard in another story) and travel across the sea to Bilgewater. Ahri is probably still looking for her origins (parents etc) and Yasuo just happened to have nothing to do. And it so happens that Riot crated the side studio let say - Riot Forge - that contract other game studios to create Story based games in League of Legends universe. And it so happens that there is a game annouced to be released in early 2021 that takes place in Bligewater and Shadow Isles. And it so happens that Yasuo and Ahri will be playable characters. Basically what 'that' was, what gramps was is an AZAKANA(fancy term of League for demon), this was teased in the Fiddlesticks rework and the reworked Swain also has a demon sooo basically everyone who was "goofy" in League turned "Badass". Back to the cinematic, demons feed of off negative emotions and the new reworked Evelynn(KDA version) and Tahm Kench are demons that has been feeding a lot enough to make themselves have character. Yasuo was building up on negative emotions but in order to understand how Yone came to be, you have to watch a cinematic. So Yasuo was filling himself with regret and that regret eventually made his demon grow to be able to encounter him an trick him to be more powerful; if not for Yone, Yasuo would've died there and then. So Yone said "You may deserve death but not by my hand" just so Yasuo could let go and let all negative emotions go away so he won't attract demons again but Yone hasn't fully forgiven Yasuo. As brothers at a young age, Yasuo and Yone always got along except for their ideologies; Yasuo is impulsive(active) in situations and Yone likes to plan ahead(passive) so when the situation came to Yone and Yasuo swapping roles they want, Yasuo became impulsive. Long Story short Yasuo was tasked to protect Elder Souma and Yone was tasked to fight in the war(Ionia VS Noxus; clearly Noxus is the dom nation; wanting to conquer all and Ionia's people have only started fighting, more on that later.). So Yone faught in the war, Yasuo left Elder Souma to protect her(Ionia, yes their nation has a gender) thus resulting to Elder Souma's death because Riven arrived, asked for healp to break the broken blade's curse but upon Souma using his wind technique against the curse, one of the shards killed SOume and since it's a wind technique and Yasuo left his post, Yone confronted him(what we see in the beginning) but instead of talking, they let their blades do the talking and since their both dangerous with the blade, the only way to stop their stale mate fight was to kill each other. So Yone died before his demon got to him, despite trying to be a good brother to Yasup and even if Yasuo doesn't treat him well, Yone still saved his brother thinking to himself that him being bound to honor is the reason why Yasuo was left to go to 'the wrong path' in life Please react to "The Path, An Ionian Myth" I will explain Yone there

So this is a follow up for the ionian path cinematic where they present the new character Yone, Yasuo's brother, it's shorter but worth to understand a bit more of what's happening. Basically, Yone and Yasuo are brothers and very talented swordmans from Ionia but they think very differently about the war they are fighting against Noxus. Yasuo is blamed of killing their grandmaster (he didn't kill him tho, it was another character from the game) and becomes a fugitive. Yone goes after him and that's the fight you see where Yasuo ends up killing his brother, but Yone comes back from the dead to hunt these scary demons (see the ionian path cinematic). Also, the last part of this cinematic is a prelude of the new game from Riot, The Ruined King ( single player turn based rpg). There is also a cinematic for it, very cool.
