Story time..... So about 2 years ago I had 3 best friends. I liked one of the guys, he liked my friend (wont say her name due to her privacy) and the other guy in the friend group liked me. So my friend *we will call her heather* and I always talked about the guy we liked at the time. *we will call him josh* then I found out josh liked her. I was childish so I felt the way this song was. “I say I don’t care that’s not the truth” so me and “josh” ended up dating on accident. Heather dared me to ask him and he said yes. Me being surprised as I thought he liked heather. So me and the other guy in the group *call him Landon* kept talking. I sort of realized josh didn’t want me talking to him so I backed off although me and Landon knew each other for many years. Josh became the control over my life and then left me almost a year later. Therefore I felt it was my fault and became insecure, sad, alone, and other emotions. But after more and more months it got worse. And heather and Landon tried helping but nothing worked. (Don’t worry I’m okay now due to some online friends that helped) Moral of the story: don’t let people control who you are, who you hang out with and or change you. Seriously change for no one but yourself. I hope this helps some people who are going through some things. If you’d like to hear more stories I can share more on replies.
