I'm still scratching my head about the CT clamp. Is it necessary for the BL0942? I can also see the ZMPT voltage sensor. Are there 2 (or 3?) different ICs used for power monitoring? Why not BL0942 alone? I have seen a single IC only (BL09XX) in a smart plug, and that too without any CT clamp. Also, when can we expect the schematic?

​@@KinCony Got it. Thank you. Looks like you used the clamp and transformer for sampling instead of a shunt resistor, which is mentioned in some schematics. Does it provide isolation, and is it a better way than using a shunt circuit alone? If you see in the documentation of Tuya smart plug, etc., they used a bunch of resistors and capacitors only with a shunt, without any additional clamp or transformer

The isolation method is safer because our PCB has many connectors that users will plug and unplug@@ighost_1337

Can I please know why do you use 25a contactor in the DB when you could use these relays of 30a? The contactors are costly as compared to the 30a relay right? Is there any particular reason for not developing a relay board using these 30a relay to handle heavy load?

contactor price high, more safety, just size too big. It cannot be said which one is good, it can only be said that suitable components should be selected according to the actual situation

Do you have board with multiple wired temperature sensor inputs (6-8pcs) and also 6-8pcs normal relays on the same board?
