I'm praying for him too and its good you are too. You can seek God, speak to Him without the label. Its relationship not religion. Im praying for you Ryan, its hard to believe in this dark nasty world that there could be a God and that's He's good. But there is and its because of all the nasty darkness He knew He needed to do something to see us through it. He chose to become a man in the form of His Son Jesus. This man chose to live out His life building relationships between us and His Father. He chose, of free will, to be crucified. To clear the path for each of us. To clean us up, break the chains off our pasts; shames, regrets. To make you and I new from the inside out. The God of the Bible is the only God you will ever find that sacrificed FIRST for His people and let it be a choice to accept. All the other "gods" demand the people sacrifice to them and then may be you will be heard. The God of the Bible declares the end from the beginning. No other "god" can claim that. Challenge and ask God if He exists. Grab a Bible. See what happens. It can't hurt you if its a lie and no one will ever know you did it LOL. God bless. Be safe and be well!!

Dear Richard, My heart aches for you. I just stumbled upon this interview and I am grateful that I did as your story is one that should be told and more importantly heard.I am at a loss for words or the power to heal you from this hideous past that is so painful.I truly believe human beings are capable of destroying what is good and right. They stole your soul, your innocence but you are brave, you are a teacher, holding a mirror up for us to view ourselves, our society.Please know you have touched my soul, my life... I am forever changed having heard your interview. I send you all my love, I will carry you in my heart. I send you healing thoughts and energy. Peace and light be with you my brother....along your path, along your life's journey.

We people need to stop turning a blind eye to the atrocities of pedophilia and ritualistic abused. These things haven't calmed down in the least, rather they have grown into a damned pandemic scale. They, the abusers, are even now flaunting it in our faces. Only when we are willing to look at the problem can we find solutions. God help those who are still trapped, still caged, still abused, and still being murdered. 😭😭😭

Actually to hug or touch someone who's in the middle of a flashback of such terrible abuse should never ever be done. She did the right thing by respecting his personal space. Do not touch sexual assaults survivors without their consent! It can be absolutely horrible for them.
@Hirnlego9995 жыл бұрын
@@cosmicmuffin322 True, but she is rather insensitive when she asks if he became a male prostitute. Asked this way it sounds like it was out of his own will, which is certainly not the case. I get that journalists must ask tough questions, but sometimes the humanity is not there.
@bibtebo5 жыл бұрын
Oh my god you shallow fucks who don't know anything. As if a hug from a stranger is going to make you feel better, so short sighted. Edit: I just can't get over how painfully stupid that comment is. She is brilliant! look at her facial expression at 7:44. That is true compassion and emotional intelligence. Hence why she is a successful journalist and you are a bitter twats on the internet.

What's even more sickening and unfair is how he is treated now because he came out and spoke about all of this. I'm not the type to get ouraged, but I thought it was disgusting when she asked him, "So do you admit to having prostituted yourself?" As if the day he turned 18, he suddenly got conplete agency over his life and was then able to make the conscious decision of whether or not he wanted to be a prostitute. That would be like asking a slave who was freed, "So do you admit to working on farms after you were freed?" What else did he know to do? Not only was he extremely traumatized, this was how he'd learned to survive. Ridiculous.
