The Guard in foot shouldn’t have had to zigzag through tourists to go from a sentry to another. There was absolutely nothing wrong in shouting «MAKE WAY!» at blind and distracted people. If some visitors would be too sensitive to be shouted at, they shouldn’t visit a military facility…..and should have get out of the way!

This guard is so adorable talking to the lady who was questioning him. That horse and guard were so kind to her she will never forget that courtesy. I didn't know they even spoke to those tourists except to say "Get off the reigns"

Honestly why do these Tourists have to swarm around the horse's like flys on 💩 is it really necessary the poor horses give them room and its about time these Guards opened their mouths and shout when the Disrespectful morons stand in their way or hold on to the REINS. Tourists don’t respect each others in the pictures taking, why would we expect them to respect the Guards and their mounts. In my opinion, Guards should also stayed inside the sentry to avoid the crowds of hands touching and overwhelming their mounts.

Unfortunately i dont think they are allowed to stay in the box i have seen another video of the household calalry where a officer came out and told the Guard they need to be standing so they can watch up and down the street and he made them move forward i suppose they are sentry guards and as such need to see the surrounding area I have also seen in another video when the back doors of the box were open 3 people (all together ) walk through the box pushing past the horse which is even crazier Think the powers to be should enforce a no touch rule you can stand beside for your silly catwalk posed pics but no touching As you say there seems to be a break down in society today no one respects others its all me me me and me.

The guards shouldn’t have any interaction with the public. It is not in their description of tasks. They are not guides for tourists. It encourages also too much familiarity between some overwhelming people with their mounts. The broads at 6:30 and 22:35 never heard the memo that nobody should touch, let alone, hold the reins! The Guard never saw what happened. He was probably daydreaming. At 8:20 the Guard passed the memo to the ignorant kid and he seemed disconcerted by the action of the Guard. I hope he learned the lesson but, if his dad doesn’t explain what just happened, I doubt he did.

Grabbing the reins is a no-no. It's the only way the guard controls the horse. Those 'Brit' boys are looking good (and the gals, too).

The guards are there for the tourists, they are there as a tourist attraction. 99 per cent of the time people are respectful and the guards and horses are happy. Without the tourists there would be less need for ceremonial dress and no need to guard.

They are the Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery usually seen pulling the gun carriages on duty while the Lifeguards and Blues and Royals are away .
