Kinds of Marriage ( Valid Marriage, Irregular Marriage, Void Marriage)

Kinds of Marriage:
1) Valid Marriage
2)Irregular Marriage
3) Void Marriage
Valid Marriage: which fulfills all the essentials of marriage.
Legal effects of valid marriage:
mutual right of inheritance
cleared status of party
conjugal infedility
legitimate children
2) Irregular Marriage: in which some essentials of marriage are missing.
following marriages are irregular:
a marriage without witness
a marriage with a women undergoing iddat
a marriage with a person prohibited by difference of religion
a marriage with a 5th wives by person having 4 wives already
Void Marriage: which is totally illegal or unlawful.
a marriage prohibited by reason of:
Consanguinity (Blood Relations)
Affinity (In Laws Relations)
Fosterage (Relationship due to sucking of milk)
is called void marriage.

Agar without witness ho to wo fasid nikah h ye ya phir required no.of witness na ho to fasid nikah hoga plz clear this .

@@studylawwithbushra but without witness there is no nikah at all.the presence of witness at the time of nikah is mandatory in shariat law and according to sunni sect.so,how a marriage without witness become fasid .it's not even nikah.its totally a haram relationship and nothing else.and it's said presence of witness is one of the "essentials"of nikah then if we see in case of fasid nikah witness is not considered "essential" requirement it's just "recommendtory" .plz explain mam.i want to more about this.i need elaborations on this topic how can I get to know any source??.where witness conditions are explained properly.because somewhere I just read when the required no.of witness is not present then it will become fasid .I read nowhere that without witness .any source to know more about this topic .
