So, for thumbnails, we usually take a frame from the video (Capture Frame) and then we use either PicsArt, or Pixellab, or Photoshop, depending where we are and how much time we have, to add text and color. Sometimes, like this video, we take a photo of the presenter with a background. Just make sure you can see something interesting and there is text explaining it, and you'll be fine!

Maybe for later, but how do you adjust or lock font size. Not being able to do this means consistency across subtitles or text blocks is impossible.

KineMaster 5.0 helps subtitling a lot by placing layers into tracks on the timeline, so you can edit by track instead of each individual layer if needed! This should help your subtitling efforts, I'll check in with the development team to make sure font size is something that can be edited at the track level.

Create one text layer with all of the settings the way that you want. Then tap the three dots in the Action Bar (on the left side of the screen) and choose Duplicate. Move the duplicate text layer to the next position on the timeline, tap to select it, then tap the keyboard icon at the top. Enter new text.

After you have exported, tap the share button next to your project's title after the Play button. Tap the platform icon you'd like from the list. Your app will then open with your video loaded into the new post. Please make sure you have the your app downloaded to your device and you're logged in for this to work.

Hello! Could you please go to your iPhone Settings and make sure that KineMaster has permission to see your images and videos? Also on iPhone, all media has to be in the KineMaster Internal folder (accessible via file sharing in iTunes on your computer) or the Photos App. Could you please check that for me and let me know? The possible duration of a transition is limited by the length of your video clip. If you have two one second clips next to each other, the longest that a transition could be is one second (half of the first clip and half of the second). If your clips are shorter than that, the possible duration of the transition will also be shorter.

Hello, we are so sorry you're having an issue with KineMaster. It sounds like KineMaster needed permissions turned on within your device to be able to access your photos. Sometimes, after an update this can happen as permissions get reset, or they were never enabled. Here is how to fix this issue: -iOS: Tap Settings, then scroll down to KineMaster in your list of Applications. Tap on KineMaster, the tap on Photos and select "Read and Write" from the menu. Then, turn on permissions for all other apps listed. -Android: Tap Settings, then tap Apps, then scroll to KineMaster and tap it. Tap Permissions and turn on all permissions. When you restart KineMaster you will be able to access your media through the app. We hope this helps!

I would suggest using a free program like Handbrake on your computer to convert them into something more compatible. KineMaster is compatible with most of the commonly used standards, converting to H.264 would be the safest approach.
