28:50 sorry sir but the def of velocity u spoke is wrong. "Rate of change of position w.r.t time is wrong... in saying rate change and again w.r.t time ,, time is included 2 times nd we r only left with position. ..so in correct manner either it can be "rate change of position" or "change of position w.r.t time" but u r teaching method is so good

I think you must not say.....velocity can never be defined at a single point.....!!! The correct statement is- Velocity is an mathematical object and is defined at every instant (instantaneous) (never call it at a point- it is always at an instant) if the position vector is at least once differentiable.
