What class is the best ? And what is the minum cost from this build? (To clear t16/t17)

my version is not finished and can be great for t16 but strugles on t17, i put around 40div in this build and now some things like wand even more expensive, if you want guide for this build you can check youtuber @Palsteron, most part of a build i took from his video
