Wow..ive been searching for this movie all my life. The bestest version of king arthur movie. Hope this movie will be nominated for 2020 best movie of the century. Cant wait to watch on full screen cinema after quarantine.. This is also the only kind movie u can enjoy while fishing alone on a boat in the dark or when u r waiting for the wife getting dressed to the cinema.

Excalibur 1981 starring Nigel Terry as King Arthur and Helen Mirren as Morgana Le Fey, Nicolas Clay as Lancelot, Liam Neeson as Gawain , Patrick Stewart is in it too and Gabriel Byrne, infact there's a great cast all round well worth a watch by far my favourite version of it , it's atmospheric too, if you like that kind of thing and has a great soundtrack too, if you do watch or anyone else does I hope you enjoy 😁

the legend, the theme is wonderful though, one of the reasons I do not like western movies is the background sound is too loud while the script the voice the actors produce is quite little, hard to catch up their sayings

That was not the case in this film, sadly, so I concur with the OP. For the record, incidentally, I have witnessed sword fights with different types and have also been privileged enough to participate myself.
