By simply declaring the idea that you are undefeated and able to conquer others, that logically applies to all forms of defeat, or loss of life to any degree. If you don’t want to be defeated by death, then logically you can live way past old age. You logically shouldn’t get sick either. Even if you get trapped if your state of mind is that the trap cannot conquer or control you, then you are by definition “invincible.”

You can't lay down on it without the spine getting bent because of the floor. You also can't stand anywhere besides in the middle because you'll naturally slide towards it but if you are sitting in the middle there's no wall to lean on. And if the cell is small enough then the prisoner will have to crouch constantly but because of the spherical shape of the cell there's no comfortable way to do it.
