Who chose the songs for the cousins and who made the musical arrangements? Were these shows made at the Hollywood Palace theater?

@@youminholastransit3218 Maybe we can figure it out. The "Top Twenty" is generally considered the weekly list of hit songs produced by Billboard Magazine, though now there are others. The King Family was a weekly show that, probably as the title would indicate, selected songs from a Top Twenty list. The entire list did not change every week so within a 4 or 5 week period, they could cover the songs on the Top Twenty list. The Top Twenty was established by the American consumers of Rock& Roll.

Good God, how do we not have this kind family entertainment today! The garbage on today's TV and award shows is so much crap, no class at all and the music is terrible. Don't get me wrong, I loved Pink Floyd, Uriah Heep, Alice Cooper, Edgar Winter...etc. But as far as family entertainment, I watched the King Family, Mitch Miller, Glen Campbell, the Smothers Brothers and others on TV along with my Mom, Dad and brothers and sisters, and we all sang along....WTF happened????
