I just made a breakthrough! If u make a tube that goes through the t joint hole in the shoulder, u can attach shoulder pads to it and it can freely move!

That is true actually, however I would make a sleeve for it first , and then wrap paper around to make the joint pin.

Actually, you'll only have to make a really thin tube, then add strips of tape till it is tight enough. Worked for me!

However, your idea for the shoulder pads were great too! Quite easy, but only a little flimsy. Yes, i tried it out
