This was NOT that kind of event!! No uniforms, tiaras and all that nonsense! Notice that all the Royals on the balkony was in "civilian" clothes.This was simply the new Reigning Monarch / ceremonial Head of State of Danmark being presented to the Members of our Folketing ( Parliament ). In 1972, when Margrethe was introduced, she was not even there in person ( she was in mourning after the death of her father). It is only because Margrethe is still alive, that this was a different kind of celebration. But also this time a short message from the new Monarch was read out loud by the Prime Minister ( the Monarch NEVER officially speaks in Folketinget). Seperation of powers.

Ich bin kein Monarchist finde also Monarchien zu Altmodisch und zu teuer für Ihre Völker. Ich finde auch das es in Dänemark, Norwegen und Schweden nur noch einen König gibt weil die Familien da so beliebt sind ansonsten ist es den Völkern da egal wie Sie regiert werden ob von einem König 👑 oder einem Präsidenten. Ich würde erstmal eine Befragung des Volkes da machen ob die überhaupt noch die Form Monarchie noch wollen oder lieber eine Republik hätten. Mal gucken was dabei rauskommt. Ich glaube nämlich das es nicht die Form der Monarchie ist die die Leute da wollen sondern die Familie die da regiert das ist das.😊
