@@slandersir7255 Idk dude, The River does sounds like it's taking inspiration from King Solomon's Marble lol. Also, I'm not too sure what are you suggesting in the 2nd half there. King Solomon is an odd time piece and our Gizzboys' got numerous tunes in odd time signatures, you know? And consider that Cavs started out with the band knowing nothing how to play double bass metal drum set, just to literally flex his drumming skills in a thrash album full of songs at breakneck speed and puzzling odd times rhythm later on. Literally, in less than a decade (and that's not to say they've released like two prog albums written entirely in odd time sigs earlier on).

This is The River from the album Quarters. This is an extended and at parts heavier version of that song. If you want more jams with this sound, check out Ice, Death (and whatever the rest of that album name is) or Laminated Denim.

I’m In Your Mind Fuzz and Ice, Death, Planets, Lungs Mushrooms & Lava would be great starters on top of Quarters which is the album this song features on. I would personally also possibly suggest Sketches of Brunswick East, as the 5/4 of this song makes it feel a bit jazzy and Sketches definitely feels jazzy at times.

Their sound is just so eclectic and experimental, every album feels like a whole new journey. They never fail to surprise and captivate me. If you're a fan of this music, you have to check out The Doublejumps - they have the same kind of adventurous spirit and genre-bending approach that will blow your mind 🔥🐊🎶
