Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar is a beast with Jared. Being able to smack all opponents for damage when getting through on 1 of them is brutal.

I feel like after seeing Brash Taunter, my variant on this deck would be to include a lot of fighting cards, so you can either destroy other creatures or pump the commander. Then Call the Deck: Fight Club

What about Star of Extinction? It deals 20 damage to creatures for only 7 mana. Imagine Jared after it hits the board.

I think a card that's sorely missing from the decklist is Guilty Conscience. Only costs W and can go infinite with Stuffy Doll and Brash Taunter or make Jared absolutely monstrous. It's a common and pretty cheap in price, too.

I love Jared Carthalion! I made a deck with him a couple months ago. I have almost all cards you suggested and will add the rest very soon! In mine, I also have the En-kor creatures (nomads, warriors, spirit, etc.) to redirect damage to my other creatures. If you have Jared and just one of them, a blasphemous act can increase Jared by +26/+26! I also like Stormwild Capridor (semi Jared effect, but in the air), and Ulvenwald Tracker (Brash Taunter for anyone!). With my En-kor creatures, I also like to redirect to Ranging Raptors for repeated ramp, Ripjaw Raptor for repeated card draw, and Silverclad Ferocidons for repeated losing friends lol! Each one should only trigger their ability once, but since I can only redirect 1 damage at a time, if I'm not mistaken, you can really take advantage of some of those abilities. So, if one of your En-kor takes 10 damage, you can redirect 2 to Ranging Raptors to get 2 lands into play, 4 damage to Ripjaw Raptors to draw 4 cards, and the remaining 4 to Silverclad Ferocidons to cause all opponents to sacrifice 4 permanents. And, none of your creatures die!

Star of Extinction and Spitemare. Star deals 20 damage to everything. This means Jared gets 20x +1/+1 counters and it can allow Stuffy Doll to smack an opponent. It also combos really well with Spitemare, who can either redirect that 20 damage to an opponent or give an extra 20 counters to Jared. It may also be worth taking Mayael's Aria as an alternative win condition since you're in Naya and Jared can swing 20+ power out of nowhere.

i thing i like using with Jared is having those old Soltari shadow creatures, they can’t be targeted, and they can poke the opponent who are the monarch, making you the monarch.

The rowan planeswalker from battle bond is also good. Makes it so target player has to attack. Then it can do 3 damage to each tapped creature. Not just the ones who attacked.

Hey Mitch! Love Your content. I've been giving it some thought recently, and was wondering if you could (hopefully) do an episode on maybe 5 or 10 creatures aren't legendary, but should be. I know the Nephilim are obvious choices, but maybe some lesser known creatures like Gilt-Leaf Archdruid or Bloodlord of Vaasgoth. I think this could make for an interesting video as I've been wanting to find more decks like this to build decks around. Keep making the great content!

I have Jared as the commander for my redirect damage deck. One of my favourite cards is Martyrdom. Imagine that with a blasphemous act and the Jared absorbs all the damage dealt to the entire battlefield!

You should include Blazing Sunsteel. It's an euipment for 1(Red) - "Whenever equipped Creature is dealt damage, deal that much damage to any target." You can put it onto Stuffy Doll or Brash Taunter for infinite damage, or put it on Jared for infinite stats. If you have any creature that redirects damage to you or somewhere else, you can equip it for infite damage, a board clear or infinite stats to Jared.

I did a pretty similar build of this deck but without the incentive for others to go to combat and instead had fight cards for single target removal. Allowing Jared to fight other creatures and get stronger as he slays the bad guys

My Jared Carthalion Deck isn't the most powerful one, but it's a lot of fun to lean heavily into the social aspects of the monarch mechanic. I run PARIAH in my Jared Carthalion Deck. Search it with enlightened Tutor, then enchant Jared (while you're the Monarch) OR the Brash Taunter with it. It's the win combo of the deck!

I fill like trade out one of those other x red spells and put in blasmispa act its granted 13 damage to each creater and like you said if you can re direct all the damage to him that alot of power gained

I went a different route with this deck. I don't care if my opponents attack each other, I want to be the monarch and use it to make Jared bigger. So instead of soft incentives to maybe attack others, I focused on ways to get the monarch without attacking, running over a dozen cards that will make me the monarch just for playing them. Pariah and Gideon's Sacrifice are great, and I run the Brash Taunter as well as a lot of the earthquake effects. But I pair this more with Fog effects. Unless your opponent plays a card like Court of Ire that makes them the monarch, they will have to do combat damage to you, and fog can completely nullify that. This is where cards like Fog, Protector of the Crown, and Pariah's Shield come in. Then I add in some cards that can make Jared unbockable like Whispersilk Cloak and Rouge's Passage so you just start one shotting people.

Did you ever consider Predatory Urge as a way of getting creatures to fight on command? Dropping that on a Stuffy Doll could be devastating, or even on Jared himself. Imagine declaring Jarad as a blocker, then tapping him to fight that creature or something else before the damage step.
