I don't think he'll ever have the demon back sadly. I think it's because while he's a warrior, he only mastered pushing beyond pain, but not the other mental aspects the other Hanma men learned. Jack is basically self taught and there's a ton of holes in his mental game that are stopping him, and with the fight in the manga where Yuujiro admitted defeat to Baki, it shows what level the two of them are on mentally. Jack just doesn't have that compared to them.

Jack Hanma is a great meditation on steroids. Drugs can never give you the discipline, work ethic, or skill to become a champion, and that's true for all sports.
