I don't think it's luna, I wish it was because goodness knows the girl needs love but if you listen carefully to the tone of the voice it doesn't sound like luna at all. The vocal color of the singer is quite different to Luna and a lot more similar to a mix of ali and jungin but I don't think it is either of those women either.

hapacalgirl her singing threw me off a little but i think it's luna. her diction here is a bit sharp/tense so it's a bit misleading but if you review the songs she sang in the show and Immortal Song, her vocal color is pretty much the same, except they have improved greatly. Plus I think she tried singing differently here
