Great coverage of Amritsar’s famous goods but unfortunately the Sardarji accompanying Mr.Taster gave wrong information multiple times. He said there is no potatoes and only yogurt in the gol gappe, wrong! The guy making it was clearly stuffing them with boiled potatoes and coriander. Then Sardarji said Anardana is “beet root seeds”, wrong! It is pomegranate seeds. Next he said Besan is “corn starch”, wrong again! It is chickpea flour.
