I remember a lot of butter being used in the food in Amritsar! I gained 10 pounds the first time in India and I am pretty skinny!! The food was so delicious. I had my first ever sugarcane juice there too. Happy Travels

Your making me Hungry! Indian is my Favorite, Lamb Curry or Goat Curry with proper Indian spice, not watered down, Most American don't like lamb or Goat or Spicy food, I have to constantly argue when I eat Indian at a new place, Make it Indian Spice! Once the cook came out, The Server and owner to watch me lol they were amazed I could eat it that way. Have you guys been to Japan and tried FUGU? Blow Fish I tried that twice last year and I am still here. Indian Masala, chi, oh so good. Not sure if you guys been to Japan, if not GO!

Welcome to India. Small suggestion always try for local food coz India is very diverse country and food taste changes according to regions. I have seen you guys had Dosas in Punjab that's okay but it is originated in southern India. Northern India is famous for Roti, Paratha, Nan and other Indian breads along with veg-non veg curries.
