A battlefield tactic tip for you, Reformist.......when you have a hill, put your infantry at the bottom of it in shield wall, and the archers on top. That way the enemy archers will fire at your infanty shields instead of your archers.

i started same as you, and had issues so i loaded up mods one by one, caravan xp was the one giving me issues and kept breaking the game. so im not using it and it works perf.

I had trouble when I first started using the mods, disabled custom spawns and no issues so far

I experience the same crashing problems even with butterlib not showing anything wrong. I believe it was caravans trade xp that was causing the issues

If you find a battle axe with 1&2 handed would be beneficial while on a horse , 1 handed longer reach while mounted ?

hey reformist, your spell is not aoe as far as i can tell; its piercing so it goes through enemies not blowing up around them

you can sort the loot by value, better things are usualy more expensive , better than sorting them by type and going through them one by one.

I'm enjoying this series, but claiming that the victory against the Nasarian king was because of good tactics and have the hill, after killing a quarter of his army and all his giants with magic is a bit of a reach 😂 I refuse to use magic with this mod until they make it more accessible to NPC armies, otherwise feels too easy.

It's completely up to you how you want to experience the game. I personally enjoy using everything that the mod has to offer because it's fun. But others can choose what they want to use. :)
