Copenhagen is in Denmark. The Dangerous and History tours were both all overseas. Unfortunately, after the Bad tour, he never toured the US again, but luckily, we can now see those tours online. Even This Is It was only scheduled at the O2 Arena in London. All 50 shows scheduled for This Is It sold out in the span of four hours, with hundreds of thousands more tickets ready to be bought. The ticket sale websites crashed with everyone trying to purchase them. I was fortunate to see him live with his brothers for the Victory Tour and solo on the Bad Tour. This Is It would have been awesome to see with all the special effects that were planned for the show. Thanks for all your MJ videos. His fans appreciate you keeping his legacy alive.

The last time he performed in the US was in his 30th anniversary concert in 2001.

He did perform in the US after the Bad Tour. In Hawaii at the Aloha Stadium. Two sold out shows on January 3rd and 4th 1997, during his HIStory World Tour.

Regarding the pauses Michael said "You have to let it simmer. It needs a moment where it has to simmer, just bathe in the moonlight". If you watch The Way You Make Me Feel (full version) from his This Is It rehersals you will see him addressing the band about this. Of course, it could also allow him to catch is breath 😉
