Michael Adel It's a competition of street workout freestyle not a bodybuilding We can't judge the competitors on the body Eryc Ortiz has a good muscle for me and he has agility and he has the strenght Cedric is very strong but in the Last round he lose
@hiimyou24098 жыл бұрын
Longdu Zboob eryc has good mucle but not as strong as vadim.he look like around 60-70kg while vadim is 80-90kg.of course im not talking about bodybuilding,calisthenic competition can also be in many reps instead of a freestyle.

@AdamDjellouli8 жыл бұрын
+Wiencon any tips? I'm currently struggling with them 😣
@Psztyk2368 жыл бұрын
Adam Djellouli Focus on moving forward with elbows when going down. Train a lot of pike push up because it's the same movement when it comes to how elbows have to behave. Of course you have to be confident with handstad (though I honestly still don't have this 100% success rate with them :D ) but focus on having your back and legs straight. If you do the elbows part right then it will be easier to keep the back straight, you can see many guys on internet doing HSPU but most of them are having "banana" back, see CalisthenicsMovement tutorial on this as El Eggs has the perfect form and he gives precious advices

This would be 1000 times better if done like a real televised event. Have casting, show the full routines, and no annoying music. It would be way more enjoyable to hear the crowd, and hear their excitement when big moves are pulled off. The music adds absolutely nothing to this and actually distracts and takes away from the spectacle. Put these together like a professional event should be televised and more people would enjoy it.

Josh agree with you man. Professional male gymnasts can do front levers, planche, etc too and with way better looking-and harder-form than these. The ring routines of Olympic male gymnasts are magnitudes harder. The front and back lever aren’t even part of the ring routines; only the straddle or full planche.

@gabrielguevara87188 жыл бұрын

For every douche who says they all skip legday, first of all, it's like to judge the arm sizes of all Olympic 1500m sprinters because they don't train them... , second, this is not bodybuilding, and all of you who say they should at least train legs that is none of your business... the excuse you guys use of them using jogging pants it's because your skin won't hurt when passing through bars while doing tricks that involve grip, and finally I should tell you that you guys are just envious... YES.. THEY LACK LEG TRAINING, but they don't train to master their lower body, they train to master their upper body... FINALLY I dream of doing full planches and these guys do them like it's a walk in the park, a feat that bodybuilder won't ever do in their lives... PEACE OUT

@papoilers24386 жыл бұрын
no one is envious. its just an overall fitness assessment. a true fitness practitioner has a well rounded muscle development. it is very healthy to have all body part well maintained. even olympic gymnast has well rounded strength on their legs. plus its the highest growth hormone stimuli. so... health comes first. after all its an urban fitness championship. not upperbody championship
