The Hulk is written so...he can't kill anyone. So sometimes that means the punishment he metes out is a bit low energy and well, one of those villains gets chucked out into some shallow water is one of those examples. 😅

It’s better if they don’t show you because your imagination fills in the gap, and also because if the bad guys saw the transformation they’d relay it to the police, identify Banner and then he would be manhunted down for the death of Dr. Elaina Marks in the first episode.
