Right… I use the example of the flight attendant saying put your oxygen mask on first, THEN others. We need to take care of our own FIRST. @JulieBrowning-ri3in4 күн бұрын
I think they should be free for all staff and outpatients, perhaps a free separate car par for visitors so the staff and patients get a fair crack at a parking space. I wouldn’t mind people having to prove they are using the hospital in order to stop public using it as a car park and leaving cars there all day or over night.

@@MineeemouseeeI agree. Last year my Autistic son was a passenger in a head on collision and he was in hospital for 7 weeks and it was costing $47 a day to park,just ridiculous! We then found out after a week in hospital you could buy a pass for 10 days for $43 but it only applied from 3pm till 9am . Now,I tried getting it in my sons name but no it had to be in mine and every day I had to come in and get the Carers tickets to get it stamped so they would get the discount. Great to hear that Cadburys has been stripped of its Royal Warrant. Kraft-Mondolez has changed the recipe and all their chocolate is made with Palm Oil which makes the chocolate claggy.
@deneentorkelson57054 күн бұрын
American here, and I totally agree with you. We Americans are used to a lower standard of chocolate so Kraft thought that changing the recipe will not affect US sales which I assume it hasn’t. I imagine it is an offense however to British standards. I never realized how bad our chocolate was till a friend of mine took a trip to England a few years ago and brought back your chocolate. It was amazing! Tasted so much better. The standard of Cadbury has declined for sure.

Exactly! I bought Flake so I could crumble it over cheesecake. What a joke! I couldn't crumble it at all and ended up banging it on the worktop to break it up. That is the last time I buy Cadburys. PS the taste was awful too.
@SarahGreen5234 күн бұрын
"Claggy" I don't even know what that means, but yes, you're right, Palm oil is awful stuff and very bad for your body. Kraft ruins every product they buy because they change the recipe with cheaper ingredients. I'm American and love British chocolate, I can tell the difference easily. All American chocolate has a waxy texture that never melts in your mouth, but has to be chewed. Back to claggy though.... I just looked up the definition, and I love it. The only other person I've heard use it was Sarah Millican in her stand up. Her inference was hilarious, a bit gross, but apt.

Good morning Trevor, hearing that Cadbury have lost their Royal Warrant has made me very happy Indeed they are not British now and are nothing like their original recipes, shapes or standards. Bournville, Cadbury, Fry, Murray(too good to hurry mints), and Schweppes were all owned by Cadbury, they were great employers in Birmingham, West Midlands and in Keynsham, Somerset. Rowntree chocolate and Fry's Five Boys were always my preferred indulgences, my most memorable Christmas was spent with my aunt and uncle in Bristol, she worked for Cadbury and apart from having Marc Bolan & T-rex's 'Jeepster' as a present from her, she presented me with a large carboard box full of various chocolate bars all without wrappers(staff perks)...all I recall other than that, on Boxing Day it snowed in Bristol and the day after Boxing Day I had a jippy belly and no chocolate bars, apart from a Crunchie left in that box, thank you for evoking my somewhat happy childhood memories. 😁😁

Calculate labor cost, farmers, tariffs, distribution & marketing. Of course they had to sell to a devil. Quality cannot be mass produced in the 21st century.

Regrets from a U.S. citizen. I hope you will soon have a leader who values your citizenry. It looks like Canada may be getting rid of their riff-raff as well. As for our country, we are grateful and looking forward to a new administration that cares about our needs and has thousands of actions ready to go on January 20th. I wish you all the same and hope your "leadership" is quickly replaced.

Hiya Trevor, Always feel uplifted when you wear that particular jacket!😊lMO, KC3, appears to be being more selective in the warrants,bringing them back to domestic owned companies not enabling now foreign owned ones to "grift off" the Royal reputation of the firm. A lot of subtle politics! Best wishes to you and yours, also all on your channel-keep safe,well,contented at Christmas 🎄 and prosperous always in 2025😊❤ Praying 🙏 for a return to sanity, common sense and honorable personages in the halls of power! Mrs. J.I.M.K. (D's Mother) Brisbane, Australia 🙏 ❤ 🇦🇺 😀 🪃

- Queen Elizabeth II. leaves behind a large family of four children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. "FORGIVENESS" WAS A RECURRING THEME for her. She drew strength from the message of hope in the Christian gospel, and Her message has been as follows; "Most importantly, we must hold on to that childlike willingness to forgive that we are all born with and which is so easy to lose as we grow older. Without that willingness, it becomes impossible to build bridges between families, and it is important for us that we are no longer able to abandon our communities, our nations." Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!

Well said Trev! Jesus, can you remember Jesus. Well, once upon a time the majority of this country believed in him! I may be an athiest, but, and this is a very very big but, if this country wants a religion it has to be for the indiginous population

I've given up two weekends in a row getting into and parking in Exeter. One big car park has several levels closed off!!! Flipping ridiculous. They're trying to create travel chaos to give them evidence that we'll need their pre planned cameras/charges/fines!!!

Hi Trevor I posted petition on FB and reinforced message to sign petition for pensioners waspi women small to medium businesses farmers. I missed out obvious contentious issue. However the petition has gained traction and now only needs 5,000 more signatures to get to 3 mill. Re-post it Trevor. I can only do so much but am convinced my post helped a bit. Love you btw x
