For Annihilator totems now you have to kill a special knight that drops a buff “brand claimed” which lets you steal the brand aura from your teammate. For Warpriest instead of shooting an ad to reset the timer for red aura, now once again take out special knight to get buff to take the red and switch it between players. Golgoroth is pretty much same I think. Not sure about sisters. For Oryx now you have to do weapon damage instead of blight damage. Blights just stun him and allow you to do damage. He also now has a longer final stand where you once again have to detonate the blights.

First player jump on the plate whilst killing the knight, then another player get on the plate on the 'left-most' plate (like clock-wise), then 3rd player get on the plate the first player was on, then jump platforms to get that 'orb' then dunk on one of the daughter to start the dmg phase?

no, the plate where u killed the knight will show the a floating toland in the air on either 3 other plates and then u called out where another player to stand on. that plate will spawn the floating rocks for the taken player
