The female guard, was on her phone calling back to the stable when over at the far side of the parade ground. She walked over with the guard to make sure all was safe with horse and guard next thing a senior staff was leading the horse back over again. Hurd something about being scared of puddles.. calmly returning back to Baracks. Looked as far as the female guard could go without authority to leave Horse guards. Wonderful team work.

Looks like horse was having a problem with the bit. Sometimes they have hay stuck in the back in the bit and they get irritated. However it could just be the rain.
