Alot of resonance here. I have been on a strict keto diet and going carnivore and wanting to eat more raw.. my anxiety and depression is lifted 😌 i feel a mental clarity i could never get by other foods. We also have a power outage in my residential area for 3 days straight. I noticed that alot of my neighbors left home even though we had gas . I actually loved the quiet and enjoyed the peace and darkness. I realized how strong i am for my willingness to endure hard times and challenges while others complain and leave. I plan on using my lights less often because i found i slept better and had more focus on completing tasks by candlelight and could find things better with my headlamp in the dark 😂. Its crazy to thinknof what modern lighting and electricity does to our mental capabilities.

My Daddy James coming thru so I know it’s confirmation. My aunts and other family members stole the inheritance from my siblings and I after they stressed him to die while he was suffering from cancer that inevitably took over starting in his lungs.
