King is the 21st person to ever be diagnosed with Beare-Stevenson syndrome. His Mom was told he would live for only seconds but he is now six years old. Although he is not yet able to speak, King's sister is happy to be his advocate.

What this channel, probably quite rightly, does is over egg the positives. My profoundly disabled sister broke every family member one way or another. All 3 siblings had / have some neurological issue. On top of that I've suffered 35 yrs of multi substance addiction, stemming from legit prescriptions. I challenge Chris to find me some positives in my life. Despite my personal negative attitude, I applaud Chris for the massive positivity and knowledge he spreads. Great work chap, the world could use more of you.

Wow, that's horrible that a nurse was negligent! Some nurses don't take their job seriously. She was being kind. As a nurse, you either take your job seriously or you are negligent! That being said, the love for this child is beautiful...

I wish they would go more into detail about a person's condition. The reason King has some of his issues is because a nursing facility didn't take proper care of him. I know they mention it but it is so little that people might not make the connection. Lack of oxygen to the brain caused him to have a heart attack. This happened because the nursing facility did not properly take care of him

Hearing this poor child, who is blind and due to the massive brain traumas he doesn’t respond to anything, laboring so hard to take basic breaths, even when he has a trache and oxygen supplements etc, is just tragic. That labored breathing is very taxing on the cardio system and is definitely painful for him. Sigh.
