I have the Kingsong KS N10 Plus (the 16 AH battery the one reviewed here). I did an 8.1 miles ride this evening, avg 12 mph but frequent accelerations, going up some hills at 16 mph, I still had about 85 % battery (52.3 volts out of 54.6). It's cool. Powerful. Accelerates quickly on speed 2...I hit 37 - 38 km/h on speed 2. 3, I haven't tried. My little Gotrax XR Elite was modest in comparison. This is a little beast.

Finally a Ninebot-ish scooter than has folding handlebars. I know some people don't like them but carrying non-folding handlebars ain't great! Simple straightforward scooter and spot-on review, get it Tim!

How are you finding the e-scooter bylaws in Victoria?

I've had no issues. I stick to the laws of the road and on bike paths just go with the traffic ...I don't pass ebikes and cyclists for example :)

May I ask if they sell it at Ride The Glide? The model with the 16 AH battery. I'm asking for someone else who's from BC and said they didn't have it. But you say you got this one from Ride The Glide. Do they have it or maybe they're backordered etc?

great question @cesarveralatorre5198, there are better options now than both the Zero 9 and Kingsong. I'd look at the Apollo lineup :)

This is why knowing voltage is much more important than battery bars as most are very inaccurate. Your battery bar showed full but voltage 51.3v which on a 48v scooter is around 78% battery. So that advertised range at first seems do-able then the last bar goes quick and you're stuck walking home.

For every scooter review do a minimum range test, I'm also a big guy, so it's more realistic than what most scooter are being advertised.
